The only drawback to our stay was finding that we had trash left over from previous renters that had not been picked up. The trash barrels were full, and we had to call the disposal service ourselves. Thankfully, the number was posted inside the rental. I think that it is a little silly to have trash pick up on a Monday, when renters typically leave on Saturday and the fact that we were not told where to leave the trash for pick up.

Thank you for your comments. Trash on Cape Cod is sometimes a challenge during peak summer months. We are an island with only a few companies handling trash take away. And these companies actually do have to arrrange to take the trash off Cape. They work 7 days a week and really try to accomodate all of the hundreds of Cape rental homes.
