17 Ocean ave is a nice, clean vacation house that is a very short walk to a pleasant, uncrowded beach. It was perfect for my husband and two kids. The outdoor shower was great -- limited the sand that we brought into the house. You can't beat the location to restaurants and fun activities for the kids. The only complaint was that the weather was very hot and at first there was no air conditioning. When I call NE Vacation Rental to inquire where the aC unit was, they were very accommodating and had someone come over the same day to put the unit in the kitchen. I was so grateful. However, there was no aC upstairs and it was really impossible to sleep. I would say that if there was an aC unit upstairs also, this rental would have been perfect.

Thank you so much for this great feedback. We and our owners very much appreciate what our guests have to say. We are pleased to let you know that we now have a gas grill, not a charcoal grill. In light of the feedback on the listing on your website we've put a window ac unit upstairs in one of the bedrooms. So in total we have 2 ac window units (one downstairs and one upstairs), 3 portable fans and in two of the three bedrooms we have ceiling fans.
